Stp is Hiring a Finance Administrative Assistant Near Maryland, MO

We are in search of a dedicated and dependable Financial Administrative Assistant to play a key role in managing essential financial and operational tasks within our organization. This vital position involves handling payroll, accounts payable, and collections, requiring a high level of integrity and trustworthiness. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO and executive team, where exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the skill to independently manage various tasks with efficiency are paramount.
$19-24/hr, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently execute and manage payroll operations.
  • Oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and reconciliations, ensuring prompt payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to uphold accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Handle accounts receivable, initiate collection activities as necessary while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Manage billing processes to guarantee accuracy and timeliness in client invoicing.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team: managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Conduct market research to compile potential prospect lists.
  • Engage in communications with potential clients, scheduling discovery meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Assist the Account Executive with refining and presenting candidate resumes for skill-market opportunities.
  • Contribute to candidate presentations to clients.
  • Identify and implement strategies to streamline finance and administrative processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Independently manage multiple priorities, adhering to deadlines.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Demonstrate a passion for teamwork and creative problem-solving.
  • Uphold the company’s mission, vision, and core values.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a finance or operations setting.
  • Alignment with our company’s culture and core values.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a strong focus on detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Must love dogs! (We have a pet-friendly office and have dogs in the office almost every day.)
