As our Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative staff within our organization. You will be working closely with all departments to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also have the opportunity to lead a small team of admins, providing guidance and support as they work to meet their goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will supervise the Administrative Assistant and Receptionist.
Training and Experience
Experience in property leasing roles – preferred.
Must have advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel with three years of experience performing complex and responsible clerical duties.
Experience managing a department is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to act as a Notary Public or ability to become a Notary Public.
