Assignment Focus: We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The person in this role will be assigned to several builder accounts; this is not a sales position. He or she will be responsible for translating design selections from builders into work orders for our installation team. He or she will create Purchase Orders and order material, ensuring that it will arrive on-time for scheduled jobs. The person in this role will be in the office full time.
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all assigned Builder or homeowner accounts to meet any contractual or approved customer retention needs. He/She will remain in constant communication with builders in the field, as well as their coordinating internal personnel. A keen attention to detail is required and the candidate must be comfortable providing frequent follow-up between all points of contact. He/She will be using the RFMS software for billing, paperwork processes, and scheduling.
The right fit for the Account Manager position will have good communications skills, be able to stay organized, show a sense of urgency in solving customer concerns, and take a pro-active approach to supporting their team
