The Role:
This is a standalone role working within our marketing team where the Manager will build and develop the internal communications infrastructure across the Firm. The Manager will ensure that, as we continue to grow, our culture reflects the Firm’s identity and that our remote, international teams feel connected as we collaborate towards achieving firmwide objectives. Working closely with HR and Operations teams, the Internal Communications Manager will embed and communicate the Firm's people strategy and business change projects, this will include selecting and rolling out an effective platform and repository for internal communications – therefore, experience of leading businesses through growth and change projects across multiple jurisdictions would be preferred. As a remote working Firm, we work across many jurisdictions, including the US, UK, and Europe – therefore, knowledge and/or experience in scaling businesses internationally is advantageous.
