Job Summary

The Product Specialist should excel at product knowledge on new and/or used vehicles at dealership customer satisfaction standards. Primary objectives include ensuring customer satisfaction and retention building good employee and customer relationships

Responsibilities and Duties

Your responsibilities will include: - Answer questions of current and potential customers - Study to become proficient in product knowledge - Make follow up calls to unsold/sold customers - Assist customers throughout the purchase process

- Provide potential customers with demo drives - Present pricing quotes in conjunction with management guidelines - Maintain a Positive Mental Attitude at all times

Qualifications and Skills

Clean driving record & Pass Drug Screen

Automotive sales experience is a plus!

Personality counts!! You should be friendly and well spoken. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. We will train you for success!

Excellent customer service skills are a plus.

Basic knowledge of computers and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are needed.
