We are seeking a creative and organized Content Marketing Manager to join the StarRez Marketing team. You’re a great fit for the role if you have a passion for crafting and sharing compelling stories, while demonstrating mastery in a broad spectrum of disciplines: brand positioning and tone, writing and editing, content production and strategy.

To help StarRez empower residential communities, you should have an in-depth knowledge of content production, writing and copyediting, and brand voice and tone guidelines. Existing knowledge of higher education or student housing operations will also be a helpful asset. Most of all, we are looking for an exceptional person to help craft and share the StarRez story and partner with many teams across StarRez. 

What you will do at StarRez:

• Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Drive Marketing content production and pacing.
  • Produce high-quality long and short-form content including white papers, eBooks, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, web copy, and more.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Community Management to continuously maintain a value-based content strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing Communications and Graphic Design to develop new content and refresh existing assets as needed.
  • Partner with Community Management and Event Management to capture raw content materials.
  • Partner with Marketing Communications and Graphic Design to QA all Marketing content.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to distribute content through various digital channels.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to maintain content library and drive field usage.
  • Create a quantitative and qualitative feedback loop for in-market content.
  • Maintain consistency of StarRez voice and tone.

• Campaign Management:
  • Work cross-functionally across our marketing team to produce content that supports marketing campaign goals and objectives
  • Leverage SalesForce and Hubspot to measure content engagement and report on content campaign performance.
  • Lead execution of StarRez content re-factoring to maximize reach, improve content ROI, and maintain message consistency

Minimum Requirements:

• • 5 years of experience in B2B Content Marketing
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce and Hubspot 
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining and enforcing brand voice and tone
  • Demonstrated understanding of strategic marketing planning, message structure development, branding, and brand management.
  • Refined creative judgement and experience developing and evaluating creative concepts
  • Ability to effectively structure and drive major projects to completion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
  • Experience in influencing multiple stakeholders and building excellent working relationships
  • Traveling required: up to 10%
