Recreonics, a Heritage Pool Supply company, is looking for talented team of people who work together to deliver the industry's best products and services.

We are seeking a self-motivated, accounting oriented individual for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator role . This full-time position will focus on AP, AR, tracking, reviewing, reporting and reconciling duties.

Responsibilities:

• Posting checks and credit card payments to the account.
• Sending ACH's and clean up offsets to CASH APP to be done.
• Email credit applications and account information to corporate when they ask for it.
• Close out the cash boxes each day and scan reports to CASH APP.
• Get daily deposit ready to be taken to the bank.
• Call and email on past due accounts daily.
• Send ACH paperwork to customers for them to fill out.
• Send customers, the credit application link so they can fill it out and establish a line of credit with us.
• Research accounts that have been overpaid and short paid.
• Email CASH APP when deposits on accounts need to be applied to invoices.
• Research invoice and payment discrepancies when the P.O. does not match invoice.
• Assist the customer with questions about their account.
• Email invoices, statements, and aging report to customers when requested.
• All AR duties are not just limited to the above

Requirements:

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in Accounting/Finance and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Industry knowledge is helpful. (Not a must.)
• Basic computer knowledge.
