We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounts receivable. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Answering multi phone lines and schedule appointments for technicians!

```Responsibilities:```
- Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers as necessary
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers
- Assist with account reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and update the accounting system accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries or disputes
- Generate reports on accounts receivable activity as needed

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
