Springpoint Senior Living is Hiring a Director of Human Resources Near Wall Township, NJ

Springpoint is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our team in our Home Office located in Wall Township, New Jersey. In this role, you will manage HR operations functions, including the design, development, implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures to support the HR department and organization. This position will provide oversight and leadership for all HR activities related to HR operations. Additional responsibilities include: Responsibilities: •Train managers on various policies and practices while working directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities with HR issues. •Manages and resolves employee relation issues for all communities/locations and provides counsel to employees.•Supports the organizations HR compliance and strategic needs.•Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from HRIS system.•Administer and oversee disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations•Partners with Senior Vice President, HR on strategic initiatives, organizational development, talent management initiatives and special projects.•Monitor and manage EEOC filing and annual reporting, payroll input, worker’s compensation and disability processing, orientation, performance evaluation.Education/Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. 7 years of related HR management experience, preferably in Health care or long-term care setting. SHR-CP of SHRM-SCP highly preferred.#INDHIGH
