As a Customer Success Manager at Split, this individual is responsible for driving adoption and advocacy of our software platform. You will be successful in this role by being an active listener, proactive customer champion and strategic advisor.
The ideal candidate will be based in one of our employee hubs of Austin, TX, Denver, CO, Boston, MA, or Redwood City, CA in remote or hybrid roles (pending if an office is within location). The salary will range from $140,000 to $170,000 OTE at an 80/20 split depending on skills, experience and location.
