Procore Technologies is Hiring a Customer Success Manager, Commercial, General Contractors Near Austin, TX

Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to play a pivotal role in building, retaining, and growing our client base. In this role, you will work closely with our Install-Based Sales and Account Executive teams, applying best practices and recommending solutions to ensure our clients are set up for success, and ultimately helping our clients achieve their individual business goals and objectives

As a successful Customer Success Manager, you’ll use your consultative mindset to leverage Procore’s technology solution with General Contractors. You’ll be instrumental in developing and maintaining C-Level relationships, collaborating with key stakeholders on success plans, and delivering custom ROI analysis for your client base. You will deliver industry and technology thought leadership while encompassing Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership. This role will be positioned to support our Commercial Vertical.

This position will report to the Manager, Customer Success, and we’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX, Carpinteria, CA or New York, NY with the expectation to go into the office 1x per week.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with C-Level executives and champions within assigned accounts.

  • Gain a strong understanding of strategies and utilize best practices relevant to retaining and growing large accounts while mitigating risk

  • Maintain strong operational rigor and cadence, ensuring consistent and effective execution of customer success initiatives

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, technical leadership, and our Sales team to customize and execute development strategies for each account

  • Ensure clients understand the value Procore delivers to their business and deliver custom ROI analysis to clients that mirror their business goals and objectives

  • Proactively identify and assess potential risks and growth opportunities within your book of business and be able to execute on strategic recommendations to achieve business goals

  • Develop strong proficiency in the Procore platform to recommend product improvements or new products and remain current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors

  • This position requires up to 25% travel to Procore offices, client sites, and more

What we’re looking for:

  • 4 years of account management experience focused on larger clients, preferably in a SaaS environment, construction, or agency environment. Construction experience is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated successful software client services with proven track record of renewing and expanding six-figure contracts

  • Strong empathy for customers with a passion for revenue and growth as well as an ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

  • Proven experience in accurately forecasting sales metrics and an ability to interpret data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Innovative, persuasive, creative, and have a genuine curiosity in their clients’ business

  • Goal and results-oriented, optimistic, smart, value-added mindset, proactive, and easily adapts to change

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

  • While this is not a sales role, previous sales experience is a plus


Additional Information

Base Pay Range $89,600 - $123,200 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $112,000 - $154,000. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
