Job Description
Procore Risk Advisors is the next-generation construction insurance brokerage leveraging technology and Procore’s deep construction data set to deliver a modernized insurance experience for builders.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity to disrupt a massive industry through innovation and direct access to Procore’s client base of 15,000 customers.
In addition, you will help shape the overall brokerage strategy, go-to-market, and be responsible for growth.
What you’ll do :
Own and execute on the business development and sales strategy to ensure we build brand trust and customer loyalty to drive new business
Partner with our Sales Development Representatives, Tech Account Executives to drive impactful new business meetings
You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team passionate about modernizing the brokerage experience to delight our customers
When marketing an insurance placement, work closely with our Technical Brokers to ensure our clients get the best program terms
Develop a rapport with the team and clients to be viewed as a trusted advisor in all aspects of the business
Act as a trusted advisor to the client in broking, designing, selling and servicing complex accounts
Perform other job duties as assigned and participate in special projects as required.
What we’re looking for :
Undergraduate or equivalent degree required
Minimum 7 years of relevant insurance distribution experience
Must hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license
Expertise in Construction risks managing complex commercial property and casualty accounts
Experience developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and prospects.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational
Creative problem solver with excellent analytical skills and proper written and verbal communication skills to influence and motivate others while driving stakeholder alignment
Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to meet deadlines
Involvement in construction industry associations

Additional Information
Base Pay Range $129,800 - $178,475 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $259,600 - $356,950. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation.
