Spherion Staffing is assisting a company located in Punta Gorda, FL in their search for a Administrative Assistant that is friendly, experienced, and looking for a long term career opportunity!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm

Job Duties:

• Answering inbound/outbound calls
• Scheduling
• Some payroll processing
• HR Duties
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Other general administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of Administrative or Customer Service experience
• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work under limited supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
