Babcock Ranch, America’s first solar powered town is growing fast, and we are looking to add an experienced Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for providing general administrative support to Woodlea Hall and the Human Resources Manager – Babcock Ranch

Responsibilities:

· General administrative support for the Woodlea Hall team.

· Administrative support to the HR Manager – Babcock Ranch

· Assists with promotion of K&P’s company culture by assisting Human Resources with planning and executing onsite associate morale boosting activities, i.e., birthday celebrations, special day celebrations, associate luncheons, etc.

· Assists as back-up during lunch and breaks to the Receptionist.

· Assists the Receptionist in oversight of the conference room, copy room and kitchen area to ensure that supplies are replenished, and the areas are clean.

· Must be strong with Microsoft Office Suite

· Coordinating virtual calls/meetings e.g., Zoom; Skype; Microsoft Teams

· Ensures proper maintenance and operation of office equipment by ensuring preventive maintenance requirements are performed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, and by troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, and evaluating the need for new office equipment.

· Ensures office supplies are adequate by overseeing stock checks to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies and processing invoices for ordered supplies.

· Order books and reference materials as requested.

· Regular, in-person attendance is required.

· Other administrative, clerical or office duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and Abilities:

· Strong office, secretarial, administrative and analytical skills required.

· Other requirements include confidentiality, a positive and helpful personality, the ability to organize information and files, the ability to effectively multitask and communicate effectively and efficiently with peers.

· Strong time management and interpersonal skills are required.

· Can-do attitude

Educations and/or Experience:

· 4-5 years’ Administrative Assistant experience in a professional environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
