Job Description: As a Customer ServiceRepresentative; the associate must handle inbound calls from the customer or doan outbound call within guidelines/goals established by the client andmanagement. This position requires good communication skills; the ability toeffectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with apositive attitude and attention to details.
Responsibilities:
A. Receive requestsfrom 3rd party/customers entities through calls and provide responses with therequired documents to the requestor via call.
B. Make outbound calls(if required) to confirm changes, if needed
C. Submit changes onexisting policies in system
D. Set up a reminderand follow up with customer on timely manner
Qualifications:
A. High School Diplomaor GED equivalent
B. 06 months ofcustomer service experience
