Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. Duties:
- Analyze market trends and identify potential customers
- Conduct outside sales activities to reach out to new clients
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business development and increase sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or business development
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify potential customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience with account management and customer service
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Technical sales experience is a plus
Must have ready-mix sales experience or equivalent in construction field.
