Responsibilities:
- Learn the ins and outs of our marketing program
- Generate leads from door to door canvassing during training period
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Experience in outside sales or home improvement sales is preferred
- Ability to build rapport with homeowners and strangers
- Persuasiveness
- Business development skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Prior experience in D2D and B2C sales is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
