Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves direct engagement with potential customers, managing the entire sales process, and maintaining an active sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and possesses a blend of independence and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through face-to-face presentations, discussions, and negotiations to drive sales.
• Independently manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and stay updated on current marketing campaigns and sales techniques.
• Oversee customer accounts, ensuring knowledge of product range, pricing, and quality.
• Continuously engage with current accounts, understanding their evolving needs.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of generating sales and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong understanding of the smoke shop and vape industry, with up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of writing proposals and contracts.
• High level of motivation and ability to perform well both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer use, CRM software, and phone technology. Additional language skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
