Veterinary Dental Specialties is looking to hire a customer service representative for our Plano practice. We proudly serve our community with the best dental pet care possible. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and our excellent patient and customer care.
We are seeking a skilled and professional customer service representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our practice. Duties include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, updating and reviewing treatment plans and associated estimates, processing invoices, updating client files, and working with doctors and nurses to maintain an efficient workflow. We pride ourselves onproviding excellent customer service to our clients and their pets to ensure they have a positive experience.
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience as a receptionist/CSR in a veterinary hospital and knowledge of EzyVet software.
This is a full-time position, Tuesday through Thursday. The candidate must also be able to commute to work.
