Essential job functions include ensuring all required chart documents are updated annually, promptly answering clinic phone calls, aiding clients in appointment scheduling, verifying and updating client information in agency systems, conducting insurance pre-certification, and maintaining client files in adherence to agency policy and state standards.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
