POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced, resourceful, and passionate Director, Human Resources to serve as a leader within the People & Culture Team. This role as the Director, Human Resources will hold a unique role in creating balance between the needs of Sourcepass and the needs of our teams. Applying empathy, good judgement, high caliber communication skills, and adaptability will be critical in this position. Additional responsibilities may involve participation in cultural initiatives, meetings with the Legal and M&A Teams, and any other relevant projects that fall in line with the key initiatives of the People & Culture Team.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, People & Culture, the Director, Human Resources will assist in overseeing the planning, development, and management of all aspects related to People & Culture for the organization, ensuring Sourcepass s workforce is aligned with overall company goals. The salary for this position is $100,000 (negotiable based on experience).
