Food Truck Chef
Seeking an experienced cook to help run operations on Soul & Smoke’s award-winning food trucks. We have two food trucks, which operate at public and private events around Chicago and the North Shore.
Schedule fluctuates based on our event schedule. Full-time, nights and weekends are required. We work a lot of summer festivals and concerts.
We work hard but it’s a fun way to spend the summer / fall. Ability to stay past food truck season in our soon-to-open Evanston restaurant.

Pay starts at $18 / hour, with revenue share adding another $4-6 / hour. Once you are trained and running events, pay can increase quickly and significantly.
