Solar Turbines is looking for a lobby receptionist/administrative assistant to support our headquarters at the Harbor Drive facility. This position serves as the face of Solar greeting customers, visitors, and employees alike with a friendly, customer service-oriented demeanor. Work is performed with minimal or no direction in accordance with departmental priorities and company policies. This position requires knowledge of programs and activities of site security and all related areas to effectively provide leadership in coordination of projects and activities. This position also performs administrative tasks and problem solving of a highly complex and confidential nature requiring discretion and exercise of independent judgment. Incumbent must have excellent computer skills and superior knowledge of administrative functions, as well as the ability to work effectively with executive and high level administrative/technical employees, and external customers. Copying, scanning, and filing documents Preparing reports and maintaining records Required Qualifications: 5 years experience in an administrative or receptionist capacity Strong skillset in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent customer service Strong organization skills Working knowledge of DSX Access Control and Solar Visitor Management System Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with Solar’s lobby operations Understanding of Solar’s Customer tour process and requirements Familiar with Turbotec Shuttle Scheduling Summary Pay Range: $56,618.00 - $84,928.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
