The Outbound Sales Representative focuses on securing sales, generating leads, and promoting the Snyder family membership plans.

What You Will Do:
- Outbound Sales Calls
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Serves customers by promoting Snyder Family plan, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
- Documents work performed in accordance with company procedures.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in phone sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to proficiently utilize computer technology and scheduling software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Energetic and personable with a willingness to assist our clients on the phone.
- Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Desirable Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Sales or Call Center Sales environment.
- Experience with Service Titan software
