Outside Sales Representative/Assistant to National Sales Manager job summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our company as an outside sales representative and assistant to our national sales manager. As part of our team, you will recognize and cultivate potential sales leads, travel to meet with prospective clients, and transform sales into lasting beneficial relationships. You will work under a national sales manager, building relationships with existing and potential customers. Skills in B2B sales and niche marketing will be critical to demonstrate to leads how our products can benefit their bottom line.

Outside Sales Representatives Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be creative in order to improve existing relationships and generate positive leads

• Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales

• Create sales opportunities with existing and potential clients via constant e-mails and phone calls

• Travel nationally to meet clients one-on-one

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers

Outside Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications:

• A self-starting personality with a spirit of entrepreneurship

• Willingness to serve and be friendly with others

• Mentality that the price of a product is important, but not everything

• Availability to travel by plane and car

• Prior experience in sales

• Understanding of common sales techniques

• Grit, resilience and a strong desire to succeed

• Higher education degree encouraged but not required

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in both English and bilingual in Spanish preferred

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
