JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Representative to join our team part-time. In this role, your main objectives are to:

• Establish contact and nurture collaborative working relationships with personal injury attorneys in Jacksonville
• Help promote the practice to local businesses in the Jacksonville area
• Build strong relationships with current and potential patients

RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound Marketing:

• Implement strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new patients
• Conduct outbound calls to help schedule appointments for prospective patients
• Attend community events and networking opportunities to represent the office
• Visit attorneys offices and other medical professionals to establish relationships (primary care physicians, urgent care offices, etc.)

Other Duties:

• Cross train to cover the front desk 1 day/week to learn more about the practice
• Upload videos to our Facebook and Instagram pages
• Schedule and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in outbound marketing, telemarketing, or sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong skills in content creation and social media management
