SMX is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide professional and active clerical assistance to top-level Army Aviation Program Managers. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

The ideal candidate will be an organized and efficient individual who's comfortable with schedule management and multitasking. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join an outstanding team providing Aviation changing technology to the military.

Administrative Support Analysts must take on various roles within the organization to ensure effective day to day operations to include:

• Administrative and clerical support
• File management
• Word processing
• Document preparation

Required Skills and Experience:

• Clearance Required: Secret
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with computer-based collaboration tools (such as Teams and Webex)
• Aptitude towards organization and efficiency
• Must have strong collaboration skills
• Must be able to work onsite/telework effectively within the Redstone Arsenal, AL area

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple executive calendars and office requirements in an Army Project Office
• AR 25-50 familiarity
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and excel
• Comfort multitasking from different individuals and departments
• Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels
