 This is a TEMP position

Your role:

We are looking for a Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.

What you’ll do all day:

  • Provide responsive and high quality receptionist services in support of the Company, provides excellent first impression to visitors and callers
  • Responsible for the access and accountability of all personnel with ERC's facility
  • Direct visitors to the approved locations within ERC's facility
  • Manage Conference Room requests through ERC systems
  • Receive organize and distribute organizational mail
  • Assist in the shipping of organizational documents via USPS, UPS, and FEDEX

Minimum requirements for this position:

  • 0-2-years of administrative experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Primary works hours are 0730-1630 (Hours may vary depending on corporate activities)
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance if required

Desired skills and experience for this position:

  • Solid background in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • The ability to multi-task while maintaining organization
  • Clear communicative skills
  • Associates Degree
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and with accuracy
