360 Live Media is looking for a Public Relations Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. We are seeking a PR professional who excels at day-to-day media relations, content development, and driving awareness for clients.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and optimize client-specific public relations strategies, campaigns, and plans
- Partner with account leads to determine media relations, earned coverage goals, and other KPIs
- Lead media relations efforts, including pitch architecture, media briefings, and content development
- Build and maintain strong media relationships with outlets, journalists, pundits and analysts across clients’ primary industry segments, national news, and social channels
- Research, draft, and/or edit various pieces of PR content such as press releases, contributed articles, press kits, briefing documents, case studies, speeches, etc.
- Provide media training and interview prep for client interviews
- Track and influence media coverage
- Create and/or review client reporting
- Lead and/or participate in client communications and meetings
- Support client tradeshows and events
- Utilize Cision to build and augment all media relations profiling and opportunity research
- Utilize BusinessWire and other distribution platforms in progressive ways to lift and extend posted results
- Embrace all agency tools and resources as part of streamlining efficiency and performance improvement
- Participate in new business development efforts, proposals, and pitch meetings
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or related field
- 5 years of overall Public Relations experience
- A minimum of 2 years of PR experience at an Agency
- Event PR experience a plus
- Proven success developing and managing PR campaigns that have shown measurable results for clients
- Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills
- Excellent presentation skills with the executive presence to represent 360 in client presentations and new business pitches
- Ability to cultivate and manage relationships with both clients and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multitask
