Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Determine project roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for each team member
- Provide all necessary contract documents to Accounting
- Solicit subcontractor bids and award Sub Agreements
- Work with inhouse design team to determine cost effective approach and control materials within specifications
- Manage relationship with the client and all project stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors•Coordinate purchase and delivery of control materials
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documents
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Additional degrees or certifications a plus
- 3-5 years of prior technical or project management experience is desired
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to travel to job site in the DMV area - no additional travel required!
- Familiar with MS Office Suite
- Flexible schedule
