Sitaras & Associates, PLLC, a Commercial/Construction Litigation Boutique law firm, seeks a part-time Legal Executive Assistant who will provide dependable support to its legal team
Duties:
· Provide high-level administrative support to partners and associate attorneys.
· Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule meetings, interviews, and conference calls both in person and via a remote platform such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams;
· Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls;
· Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
· Utilize firm legal software to import expenses, time entries and generate invoices;
· Utilize NYSCEF and PACER for filing and or retrieval documents;
· Oversee office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment;
· Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents, mail etc.
· Attend post office for mailing and banks for deposit(s);
· Attend County Clerk's office(s) for filing and/or retrieval documents
· Other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role
· Excellent organizational and time management skill
· Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in Clio Legal Software
· Proficient in NYSCEF and PACER
