We are waterworks manufacturer that is family owned and operated for 60 years. Our customer base is nation wide and include Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Our Customer Service TEAM prides itself on making sure our customers receive a complete Customer Service Experience.
We are looking for outgoing & self driven candidates with a willingness to learn that are able to multi-task in an upbeat business team environment.
Other qualities included in our search to build our team are:
- Show attention to detail
- Be organized, manage time wisely, stay on task
- Execute communication with customers with accuracy and in a timely manner
Day to Day Job Responsibilities:
- First point of contact with customers
- Order processing
- Quotes request processing
- Stock checks
- Order confirmations
- Tracking information to customers
- Turn in daily paperwork for invoicing
- Communicate stock discrepancies
- Be a part of product development communication between customer and management
- Liaison to outside sales team/management regarding customer concerns
- Return/credit processes
- Weekly reporting processes
No experience necessary-but exposure to customer service / service industry is preferred. Basic Excel & Computer Skills Required.
