We are looking to hire a new team member with minimum of 3 years Accounting experience to handle Order Entry, Invoicing, Backorder report, Assist in creating Job descriptions/ work instructions, and cross train in A/P.

This position requires general accounting knowledge, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and Word.

This position will interface with Sales, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, and Technicians.

Candidate should

• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Be detail oriented.
• Be fluent in English, and possess good, strong communication skills
• Be conscientious of grammar and spelling in email communication.
• Be present and punctual..

Minimum of three years A/P and Accounting experience required and verifiable.

Please list your accounting training or classes on your resume.

Having knowledge of Sage accounting system is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Process Orders/Order Entry
• Maintain and distribute Backorder report
• Invoicing
• Filing
• Bank Reconciliation
• Process Credit Card payments from customers
• Post customer payments
• Canon Repair process
• Create job descriptions/work instructions
• Cross train on A/P

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
