You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring the financial health of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Generate accurate invoices for goods or services rendered and verify their accuracy before sending them to clients or customers.Receive and process incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and direct debits, in a timely manner.Update and maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, payments, and adjustments in our accounting system.Follow up on late or incomplete payments by contacting customers and arranging payment plans if necessary.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies between the accounts receivable ledger and customer records.Address customer inquiries regarding payments, invoices, or billing discrepancies promptly and professionally.Prepare regular financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports and cash flow projections.
