Job Title: Administrator, Accounts Receivable & Customer Service
Reports To: VP of Sales
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday
Job Description: Customer facing account administrator who will frequently communicate with the company's core customers. This person should be diligent and organized with a demeanor that is pleasant yet firm when necessary. Developing strong relationships with administrators at our key customers will be key to success in this role, as these gatekeepers are essential in resolving challenging issues such as unpaid invoices or disputed deductions. This person will also work closely with the VP of Sales in organizing and managing a variety of sales administrative functions. Managing these records will be very helpful in understanding the communications received from our customers as they relate to trade activity and deductions from payment.
A minimum of 3-5 years of applicable experience is required for this role.
