Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing and design franchise, is seeking candidates for a position with our Fort Worth location as a Customer Service Representative. This is a fun position responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person with their print, promotional and design projects. If you enjoy interacting with a variety of people and figuring out how to get creative projects done, this could be the job for you!

You will be responsible for entering orders into our proprietary management software, which we will train you how to use. Duties will also include, but are not limited to: custom project quoting, customer correspondence through the order process, vendor relations, filing and assisting in the digital printing and bindery operations when needed. You must be comfortable making phone calls and talking to customers face-to-face throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Take customer requests and provide information about our print products and services
• Consult on customer projects and help develop solutions they love
• Develop detailed quotes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and obstacles that arise
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Help get jobs done: ordering from vendors; running various machines; helping cut, finish, and package finished products
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, including taking and fulfilling complex orders
• Previous experience with the print industry (knowledge of color matching considerations, press equipment, bindery equipment, and finishing techniques)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong math skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
