We are seeking an energetic, possibilities driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to help us sell and distribute one of the hottest products in the Health and Wellness marketplace.
You will play a key role in the expansion of the Simple Mills brand and be responsible for: delivering a market sales plan; achieving company revenue and profit targets; managing & driving Broker partner relationships, executing regional account plans. In this role, you will ensure that Simple Mills is always “top of mind” with all brokers. We find that the most successful people for this position tend to be agile learners, enjoy the creative challenge of scrappy, creative sales tactics, are not afraid to speak up, and take full ownership of all business activities while ensuring Simple Mills is positioned to be winning in-market.
This role is not for ivory tower sales managers. This is a leadership role that requires heavy time in-market working with retail partners, brokers, and leading as a key cross-functional member of our team. You must “Act Like an Owner” and challenge the “Status Quo” that exists in the CPG industry.
Our team is looking for that Sales leader that has humble confidence, quiet fire, and is eager to bring their skill set to an organization that wants to set them up for success with a team that is highly collaborative and values cross-functional partnership.
*We will be prioritizing talent within the Eastern region of the United States for this search. Although we fully support this role being remote, we have a strong preference for this person to be seated in the region of the United States they will be supporting*

Compensation will be competitive for the ideal candidate. Starting in June of 2021, Simple Mills will operate a hybrid-model: a balance of in-person and virtual work determined by position, team, and personal needs. In order to be considered, you must live in the United States and be able to work remotely at your own designated location with sufficient internet access to support video conferencing. If you are a remote employee, you must also be able to travel to our Chicago office as needed throughout the year. Safety protocols in accordance with CDC recommendations are followed.
