To design and oversee marketing campaigns across platforms to reach company goals and increase brand awareness Manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company.
Essential Functions:
· Build brand awareness.
· Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
· Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
· Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features)
· Creative Graphic Design for fliers, menus, apparel, bags, cards, coasters, etc…
· Must be very well versed on Cannabis and all its formats and be a consumer.
· Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
· Google/Apple Maps expert
· Reviews management (Google, Yelp, etc…)
· Photo/Video content and production (micro, macro, lifestyle)
· Cannabis Events, Calendar/Holiday Coordination
· Secret shopping/online ordering marketing analysis
· Celebrity/Influencer experience.
· Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary

· Knowledge and enforcement of the policies, procedures, and goals of the company.
· Skill in analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, projecting consequences of proposed actions, and implementing recommendations in support of goals.
· Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once.
· Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally and in writing with various audiences.
· Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately.
· Ability to interpret, understand, and comply with complex statutes, ordinances, regulations, standards, and laws.
·Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment, and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications, and electronic mail.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, customers, other governmental agencies, community members and the general public.
· Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures.
Additional Requirements:
· Colorado driver’s license or State ID card.
· Must have a car.
· Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
· Must pass any, and all required background checks.
· Must be approved by the MED to receive a badge.
Minimum Education and Experience:
·BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Working Conditions:
·Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance), may include sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over, and/or crouching.
