Job Summary: Manage a Customer Integration team to successfully implement or enhance customer connections (EDI, API, SSO) for new and existing customers within established performance goals. Manages the people, process and technology involved in the integration of customer data, setup of electronic enrollment services, and support of in-force groups. Lead and set direction for teams that focus on implementing new external connections and support existing customer requests. Analyze, recommend, and influence overall strategy to build integration ecosystems and supporting toolsets. Oversee development and implementation of tools that ensure that positive customer experience levels are maintained, and efficiencies are identified, implemented and supported. Implement and support operational risk management strategies. Manage customer communication, training and tools needed to ensure readiness for launch of new solutions in the market. Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree required in math, statistics, management information systems or computer science, or equivalent technology expertise and acumen acquired through work experience. Five years progressively responsible experience in data exchange, systems administration, group insurance benefits, group benefits enrollment systems or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. Five years of management, supervisory or professional leadership experience (preferably working with both technical and non-technical professionals). Basic to moderate proficiency in the following: Microsoft Excel, database querying applications such as SQL Server and TOAD, understanding of basic database concepts, and customer facing project management. Working knowledge of and experience with disruptive technology concepts: artificial intelligence, machine learning, & analytics. Familiarity with common programming languages (SQL, jScript, Python, Java, etc.). Preferred: Experience with Business-to-Business data exchange including delimited file conventions and other industry standard data formats (XML, Web Services, etc.) Preferred: Experience managing vendors and working with external support partners Professional certification required: NONE #LI-remote Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year. Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
