Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Engagement Manager to join our team. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various engagement initiatives to support our organization's mission. Duties:
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to promote awareness and involvement in our programs and services
- Coordinate and lead public speaking engagements to educate the community about addiction counseling and related issues
- Manage administrative tasks such as data collection, reporting, and documentation
- Oversee volunteer management, including recruitment, training, and recognition
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute fundraising events
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners, sponsors, and donors
- Provide project management support for engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with social work professionals to ensure effective delivery of services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, public health, psychology)
- Proven experience in engagement management or a related role
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex topics to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and practices is highly desirable
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion
- Experience in volunteer management or community outreach is preferred
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community members
