Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Engagement Manager to join our team. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing various aspects of program development, addiction counseling, and community engagement. This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of addiction counselors and support staff
- Develop and implement programs to address the needs of individuals seeking addiction treatment
- Provide addiction counseling services to clients on an individual and group basis
- Conduct public speaking engagements to raise awareness about addiction and available resources
- Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to develop partnerships and expand services
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and record keeping
- Coordinate fundraising efforts to support program initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in addiction treatment

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in program development and management
- Strong background in addiction counseling or related field
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proficient in public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in fundraising and grant writing is a plus
- Knowledge of market trends in addiction treatment is highly desirable
