About Your Role:
The Marketing Operations Manager partners across Marketing, Sales and CX to optimize and report on our go-to-market engine. You will support and report on demand generation efforts as well as own, troubleshoot, and improve the core marketing systems and processes that generate demand and build pipeline. In other words, you are the critical backbone of our GTM strategy.Who You Are:
  • You will uphold standards for high quality data, help colleagues access that data to enable smarter decisions, and assist in marketing analysis, planning and strategy. Your attribution and reporting work will empower the Marketing team to look back at our programs and say: "we know what worked and what didn't, and by how much.” 
  • You will proactively ensure that everything in our MarTech stack is working as it should be, owning and maintaining the technology foundation that delivers an exceptional experience for our buyers and supports our marketing goals. 
  • You have strong, hands-on technical expertise with marketing tools including Marketo, SFDC, Qualified, Outreach, LeanData, Apollo, Clearbit, and MadKudu. You are comfortable working with large data sets and multiple integrations, and you are skilled at creating dashboards/pulling reports and summarizing findings for stakeholders. 
  • You like to build and tinker to improve existing GTM processes. You are a holistic business thinker with a high bar for operational excellence, and a focused, well-organized problem solver who enjoys peeling back layers and tackling challenges end to end.
Your Typical Day:
  • Own the management and optimization of the core systems and processes that support pipeline generation.
  • Monitor for and communicate any leaks or anomalies in the funnel. Drive and document solutions.
  • Optimize and maintain our marketing automation tech stack. Support all tooling throughout the buyer’s journey, including attribution, lead routing, lead scoring, program automation, database enrichment, and maintaining/optimizing our backend data infrastructure.
  • In partnership with Sales Ops, report on the full sales funnel and provide marketing, sales and CX stakeholders with the data they need to make well-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to forecast and track pipeline on a quarterly and monthly basis.
  • Own the Marketing Operations request process for prioritizing internal requests from multiple stakeholders and driving technical resolution to completion.
  • Oversee campaign processes within Salesforce and Marketo. Collaborate effectively with the marketing and sales team members to build and execute programs for maximum results, and enable testing of new channels for future scalability
  • Investigate and continuously improve on data quality.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data management and hygiene in Marketo and ensure GDPR / CASL compliance.
Your Experience:
  • You have managed the implementation of Marketo in-house at a startup or high growth company. Expert knowledge of Marketo is required.
  • 4 years of hands-on Marketing Operations experience.
  • 4 years of hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce. 
  • 4 years using Excel, Google sheets, task management tools, and integration software
  • Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution.
  • Inquisitive and process oriented with a focus on leveraging data to optimize campaign performance and systems efficiency for opportunity creation.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and have a goal-oriented entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent judgment and prioritization skills.
