Chase Center - Day Core Manager

Salary - $65k to $75k BOE

BASIC FUNCTION

The Day Core Manager is responsible for all administrative responsibilities for the day shift. To assure the cleanliness of the Chase Center and ensure maximum service and quality standards are achieved.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Day Core Manager reports to and is directed by the Site Manager.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

• Organizes, plans, schedules and executes Day Core cleaning operations.
• Controls labor, material and equipment costs.
• Communicates acceptable productivity, safety and quality standards and enforces same.
• Ensures all supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete assigned tasks.
• Provides employee training and communicates company/client policies and procedures.
• Conducts walk-thru inspections of facility throughout length of shift.
• Responds to requests of the client.
• Reports all accidents, injuries, incidents safety and maintenance concerns immediately.
• Responsible for HR concerns for Day Core including; hiring, training, employee evaluations, disciplinary actions and payroll concerns.
• Maintains records for Day Core including sign-in/sign-out forms, equipment allocation, labor reports, time cards, inspection reports, team work schedules and safety reports.
• Maintains equipment in good condition.
• Completes all other duties and service requests as directed by Site Manager.
