Watterson is Hiring an Operations Manager Near San Francisco, CA
- Oversee all emergency services, abatement, and reconstruction projects for the location. This may include water, fire, smoke, mold, and bio type losses.
- Maintain warehouse by keeping it organized, stocked, equipment, and inventoried.
- Coordinate daily schedule for crews ensuring all projects and properly supported.
- Manage budgets.
- Quality control of projects ensuring our customers “receive best in class” service.
- Ensure all projects are completed following IICRC industry guidelines and all safety protocols are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Strong written/verbal communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across all levels within the organization.
- Highly motivated self-starter that can work effectively without constant oversight.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
- Highly organized, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- 5 years of experience in the restoration industry with 2 years of experience leading people
- IICRC certification is preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.)
- Physically able to perform job related tasks (climbing a ladder, ability to lift 40lbs.)
- Experience working in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional environments.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
