You will manage personnel, resources, and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitor and control budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings and make recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an operations manager, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
