An American Image Sharing Company is looking to hire a contract Marketing Operations Manager.

Location: REMOTE (PST HOURS)

PAY: $60-75/hourly depending on experience

Contract: 9 months

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager with experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and a knack for process improvements. This role does not involve leading marketing campaigns but focuses on enhancing our marketing operations and managing our digital assets. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in fostering relationships across teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with continued optimization of marketing operations and processes for increased efficiency.
• Administer and manage our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand and meet stakeholder requirements of the DAM system
• Develop and refine internal processes for scalable growth and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of digital assets and DAM system usage, maintaining high quality control and ensuring assets and metadata are up-to-date.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing operations strategies.
• Develop technical documentation and onboarding materials for new DAM users.
• Facilitate internal communication and collaboration around marketing operations, processes and DAM systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of experience in marketing or creative operations, preferably within an in-house team.
• Experience in creating workflows and processes for production and operations.
• Familiarity with training and documentation for various users.
• Understanding of metadata and taxonomy development, database reporting, DAM governance, and rights management.
• Strong technological skills and ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to work independently and escalate challenges when necessary.
• Familiar with Orange Logic
