```Job Summary```
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform general custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fixing leaky faucets
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with floor care, including buffing and waxing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
