Scofflaw Group is Hiring an Operations Director Near Chicago, IL
This position is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing all operational aspects of Scofflaw Group locations (Scofflaw, The Moonlighter, Outside Voices, Slippery Slope, and The Heavy Feather). This role is the mediator of information between our properties and the Scofflaw Group ownership. The person in this position will actively work to strengthen and grow the culture, paying particular attention to organizational health and the entire employee and guest experience.
This position will be expected to work a combination of days, nights, and weekends as business requires.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 recent years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry. Please submit resume for consideration.
