Job Summary
The Executive Assistant performs highly diverse administrative duties, including handling multiple projects simultaneously, acting as a mentor for Administrative Assistants, coordinating meetings and conferences, preparing information for presentations through use of computer, organizing travel arrangements, maintaining confidentiality of information distributed or received.

Education and Experience
High school graduate or equivalent.
5 years administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in a large corporate environment reporting to one or more senior management level individuals.
