Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Assist all managers/leaders with tracking digital punch-in and punch-outs for our staff and monitoring Overtime and irregularities
• Run errands, make lunch/coffee runs for CEO
• Assist CEO with scheduling and email management
• Handle incoming mail
• Tracking department benefits and expenses
• Sending goodie bags for birthdays and anniversaries
• Planning and preparing KY quarterly team building events for HQ team in KY
• Assist CEO with sensitive matters, including regular email inbox cleanup and maintenance
